  • Does Heads Up provide free estimates?

    We do provide free estimates for both residential & commercial new installations. (Please contact our office for inquiries regarding system audits or adding on to an existing system)


    Service repair estimates are a billable visit.

  • Do you offer maintenance agreements?

    We offer service contracts for commercial customers. We are in the process of revamping our residential contracts, please check back with us in the near future for additional information.

  • How long does it take to install a sprinkler system?

    It depends on the size of the property and how many zones will compromise the system. Typically 1-2 days for most residential projects.

  • Should a sprinkler system be installed before sod & other landscape plants are put in?

    Yes, new sod requires plenty of water to take root and become established, so the sprinkler system will aid in nourishing the sod and keeping the plants alive.

  • Can an existing sprinkler system be modified to improve on coverage & efficiency?

    Yes, our team can work with you to create a plan for retro-fit of an existing system. The cost will vary depending on how much modification is needed.

  • What is not covered under warranty?

    Things not included under warranty are as follows: Acts of God, power surges, landscape damages, vehicular or lawn equipment damage, vandalism and/or damage caused by another company.


    All warranties under contract agreement will be null and void if the system has been serviced by another party.
